Nanjing Tianhua Patent Agent Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. It is a comprehensive intellectual property service agency focusing on handling IP agency and lawsuits. Our firm is a foreign-related patent agency appointed by the CNIPA as well.
Our service relates to patent application, trademark registration, software copyright registration, intellectual property disputes, patent infringement litigation, patent search, patent mining, patent analysis, patent layout, patent navigation, intellectual property project filling, and so on. Our profession covers the fields of medicine, biology, chemistry, machinery, electronics, communication, etc.
We have 35 staffs, among which, 27 are patent attorneys (24 patent attorneys have been practicing for more than two years), and 2 are lawyers.
Our firm has established long-term cooperative relations with a large number of well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, colleges, universities, scientific research organizations, and so on. The grant rate of domestic patent applications and foreign patent applications are among the highest in Jiangsu Province. Particularly, we have a unique outstanding reputation in the fields of pharmaceutical and chemical engineering. We are also good in the fields of machinery, electronics and communication. We have close cooperation relationship with more than 60 foreign patent agent firms and have handled foreign patent applications in more than 20 countries. The patent litigation case handled by our company has a winning rate of 80%, which effectively protects the interests of our customers.
By pursuing the aim “Honesty, Efficiency and Quality” all along, we have gained experience and our clients’ trust. In the evaluation of 100 outstanding invention patent application documents organized by the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office every year, our winning rate was in the forefront of our peers in the Jiangsu Province, and was awarded as the first batch of patent agency brand cultivation units of CNIPA.
