MS FU obtained her master's degree from the Department of Microorganism and Biochemistry pharmacy of China Pharmaceutical University, where she also obtained her bachelor degree in the major of pharmaceutics.

    MS FU is active in all fields of life sciences, agricultural biotechnologies, biotechnology, and pharmacology, having a rich experience in patent applications (both Chinese national phase applications and PCT applications). She has been engaged in patent agency since 2009. Her clients include colleges & universities, public institution, scientific research institute, small-and-medium-sized enterprises, and multinational corporations. She supports them in acquiring and enforcing intellectual property rights, and representing them in appeals.

    Many of the applications represented by MS FU won governmental awards. For example, 2 applications represented by MS FU is awarded as top 100 good applications by the intellectual property office of Jiangsu province in 2017, and she also won such awards in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015.
