Mr. XIA graduated from Changchun Geological Institute in 1982 and started his patent agency career in 1986. He has rich experience in litigation of intellectual property and patent agency, especially in the field of electronics, communications, computer, machinery, etc.

    He was awarded the title of Outstanding Patent Workers Of Jiangsu Province and was granted as Outstanding Patent Attorney of Jiangsu Province in 2005. Furthermore, he is a member of Nanjing Patent Technical Evaluation Committee.
