Mr. XU graduated from Nanjing University in 1984 and majored in chemistry. He has engaged in the patent agency since 1986 which made he became one of the earliest Jiangsu patent attorneys and he was vice-superintendent of the former Jiangsu Province Patent Office.

    He was awarded the title of National Patent System Advanced Individual in 1991. Now he is councilman of All-china Patent Agents Association and is vice-president of Jiangsu Province Patent Attorneys Association.

    He specializes in patent infringement lawsuit, as well as patent agency in the fields of chemical engineering, biology, pharmaceuticals etc.
